Once you place an order online with the Teamwear Ireland website you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt f your order.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the items which you have ordered, including the size and quantity and for giving us any necessary information relating to the goods order within a sufficient time to enable us to supply the good to you in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Whilst every effort has been made to represent the true likeness of a products colour, variations may occur in printing processes or computer monitors. We therefore cannot guarantee that colours will appear exactly as seen on your computer monitor or in any catalogue.

Goods on the websites are priced in £ sterling and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) which will be charged at the current rate shown on the online order form, these prices are exclusive of delivery. You will be able to select your delivery options and costs before you complete your order.
Teamwear Ireland try to ensure that all prices displayed are correct and within the company's pricing structure. In the event that an incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend such price upon notification. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.
Your credit/debit card will be billed in the name of Teamwear Ireland. You can pay using any of the cards shown. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted using WorldPay standard security encryption.
Our contract is with the person, group or organisation, which places the order.
Cancelling an order
You have a right to cancel under the sale of Goods under this contract are subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“the Regulations”). Accordingly, if for any reason you are unhappy with the Goods, you have the right to cancel your order at any time within seven working days of us notifying to you our acceptance of your order.
If you wish to cancel before your order have been despatched, you are asked to contact us by email or phone as soon as reasonably possible & preferably within 1 working day of order being placed.
Please note that this right of cancellation does not apply where items are specifically made to your specification or personalised at your request This is vitally important when purchasing anything from one of our School or Club shops - so please contact us if you have any worries over sizing of personalised garments .

If any part of our terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
